As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing and generating leads from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, build relationships, and facilitate the conversion of leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Client Engagement: Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities, and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and development team to ensure alignment in strategies and goals.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, IT sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels for lead generation.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management is a plus.
