Job Description

This is a remote position.

** Please Note: This is a remote independent contractor recruiting engagement.


Our growing boutique consulting firm, Synergy Management Group, is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to rapidly source candidates for the following position: 


Project Fee: $2,500


Project Fee earned and payable upon your sourced candidate's successful completion of 1 Month Challenge, as specified in the LinkedIn Job Description below.


If multiple sourced candidates successfully complete the 1 Month Challenge, your Project Fee will be multiplied accordingly. i.e., if you source 4 candidates that successfully complete the 1 Month Challenge, your earned Project Fee would be $10,000, based on the initial proposed Project Fee of $2,500.
