Job Description:

Role: Area Manager- Project Sales

Location- Kandivali Mumbai

Experience- 2 to 5 years

About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven Project Sales Engineer for our growing Project Division. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our sales to a diverse clientele including Builders, Developers, Turnkey Contractors, Architects, and Interior Designers. Leveraging your product knowledge and technical expertise, you will identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain customer relationships.- Generate and qualify sales leads.- Provide product recommendations and technical expertise.- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts.- Manage orders and ensure timely delivery.- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.- Track sales progress and suggest improvements.- Collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of project sales experience in building materials or construction.- Degree in Engineering or related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and organized.- Proficient in MS Office.- Driver’s license and vehicle preferred.
