The Role
As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving Cosy’s mission to redefine how fresh produce reaches urban communities. You’ll work closely with high-end societies, gyms, and corporate offices to promote and sell fresh, locally grown produce. This role is about more than just sales—it’s about championing a sustainable lifestyle and helping people reconnect with quality, hyper-local food.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Sales Execution:
- Identify and target high-potential customers in societies, gyms, and corporate offices.- Organize and manage booths, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns to build awareness and drive produce sales.- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship building.- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with residential societies, gym operators, and corporate partners.- Represent Cosy professionally, delivering a customer-first experience that builds trust and loyalty.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.- Monitor trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Ownership & Results:
- Take full ownership of driving sales and expanding Cosy’s presence across target locations.- Provide actionable feedback to leadership to improve processes and optimize growth strategies.
Who You Are:
- Sales-Driven Professional: You bring 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agri-business or fresh produce industry, with a proven ability to close deals.- Self-Starter & Go-Getter: You thrive in fast-paced environments, taking initiative to achieve results with minimal supervision.- Customer-Centric: You excel at building trust with customers, delivering a personalized experience that drives loyalty.- Passionate About Food & Sustainability: You are aligned with Cosy’s mission to create a more sustainable and healthier urban food system.- Results-Oriented: You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and driven to exceed targets while laying the foundation for scalable growth.
