¿Qué buscamos? Buscamos un apasionado y talentoso Business Developer para unirse a nuestro equipo en Performanze. Como especialista en Marketing Digital, serás responsable de identificar y asegurar oportunidades de negocio en el campo del marketing digital y la tecnología para nuestros servicios. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo de ventas, liderando la expansión de nuestra cartera de clientes y contribuyendo al crecimiento y éxito continuo de la agencia.
Responsabilidades:
- Identificar y prospectar activamente clientes potenciales que podrían beneficiarse de nuestros servicios de marketing digital, incluyendo estrategias de SEO, SEM, marketing de contenidos, redes sociales, y más.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes y potenciales, comprendiendo sus necesidades y desafíos comerciales.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias efectivas de generación de leads y promoción de nuestros servicios de marketing digital.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales persuasivas y personalizadas que demuestren el valor agregado de nuestros servicios.
- Realizar demostraciones de productos y presentaciones a clientes potenciales, destacando los beneficios y características de nuestras soluciones de marketing digital.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y desarrollos en el campo del marketing digital y las plataformas tecnológicas relevantes, incluyendo herramientas de análisis, automatización y gestión de proyectos.
- Ser usuario avanzado de HubSpot u otras plataformas CRM para gestionar eficazmente las relaciones con los clientes, así como para automatizar y optimizar los procesos de ventas y marketing.
- Responsable de mantener al día un pipeline con más de 300 oportunidades mensuales, garantizando un flujo constante de prospectos cualificados.
- Colaborar con el equipo de entrega para garantizar una transición fluida de la venta al servicio, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la entrega exitosa de los proyectos.
- Contribuir al desarrollo de estrategias de crecimiento empresarial a largo plazo, identificando nuevas oportunidades de mercado y áreas de expansión para la agencia.
- Experiencia comprobada en ventas y desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en el campo del marketing digital o la tecnología.
- Conocimiento sólido de las diferentes disciplinas del marketing digital, incluyendo SEO, SEM, marketing de contenidos, redes sociales, etc.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para articular claramente conceptos técnicos y estrategias complejas.
- Capacidad demostrada para establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales y existentes, así como para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo.
- Usuario avanzado de HubSpot u otras plataformas CRM, o experiencia equivalente en sistemas de gestión de relaciones con el cliente.
- Orientado a resultados, con una sólida ética de trabajo y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
- Diplomado universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, o campo relacionado (preferible).
