Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and work on a variety of projects to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Should have a proven 1-4 years of experience in engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and IT requirements.
• Analyze client needs and translate them into innovative and feasible IT solutions. Develop high-level solution architectures, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with the team members to create technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our solutions and address client requirements effectively.
• Connect and negotiate with third-party vendors to explain project requirements for the estimations and timelines and manage relations with them.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
• Perform risk assessment and identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them.
• If needed build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring alignment between their requirements and our offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure smooth handover of projects from presales to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market insights to enhance our offerings and improve our overall presales process.
• Assist the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of client needs and our solution portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with Tools such as Asana, Trello, or any other project management tools.
• Excellent understanding and experience with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Azure, Draw.io, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of technologies such as Blockchain, AI, AR/VR, Metaverse, Gaming, Enterprise solutions, and E-commerce solutions is preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment characterized by rapid growth and evolving priorities.
• Showcase experience in quickly adapting to changing circumstances, multitasking effectively, and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Candidates should possess a willingness to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, and contribute across various functions to drive the company's success.
• Should have a mindset of taking initiative, and thinking creatively in a fast-paced startup setting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a presales or business analyst role within the IT industry.
• Understanding of IT solutions, including software applications, cloud services, infrastructure, and security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile, AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
