Job Description:  
As a Business Development Manager at Alpheric , you will assume a leadership role in driving our growth and expanding our client portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, managing the team, and contributing to our continued success. Here are the key requirements and responsibilities for this role: 
Key Requirements:  
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business Development is required, with a strong and proven track record in acquiring clients for a Marketing Domain. 
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and guide a Business Development Team to success. 
  • Strong research skills and the ability to stay UpToDate with market trends and marketing strategies are essential. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as convincing and persuasive presentation skills for client pitches. 
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and managing data for informed decision-making. 
Responsibilities:  
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Business Development Team, providing guidance, setting targets, and monitoring performance. 
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets. 
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Stay updated with the latest marketing industry standards and trends. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with the overall company objectives. 
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, both individually and as a team. 

Performance Evaluation:  
The performance of the Business Development Manager will be evaluated based on the achievement of sales targets, the performance of the Business Development Team, and the development and execution of successful business development strategies.
