Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a proven record of building quality leads through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Generate qualified leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Maintain and update lead database with accurate information.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to hand over qualified leads.
Track, measure, and report on lead generation efforts.
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation platforms (preferred).
Ability to work independently (for freelance) or in a team (for in-office).
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and growth.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the education/training sector (added advantage).
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Work Type: Freelance / In-office (Flexible based on availability)
