Key Responsibilities: OEM Account Management with One Schneider approach. Saturate and retain the existing OEM and covert new OEMs Prospect for potential new OEM to increase the base load for Schneider. Creating Business forecast adhere to achieve the same, Competition analysis and market trend. Price realization from the Market with segment focus approach. Distributors and System Integrator management and upskilling their technical skill. Collaboration with all the stokehole to enhance the Business. Increase footprint of innovative and new offer in market. Upload sales visit report on daily basis on BFO and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications Key Result Area: Networking with internal and external stakeholder. Planning and achieving sales goal. Technical and product Presentation. Industrial Automation regional sale management. Market, Segment, and completion knowledge of Automation and Switchgear. Skill and Competency Core competency of Switchgear & Control product line and their application and basic understanding of Discrete automation landscape. Understanding of role of Electrical distribution and Automation for sustainability and decarbonization. Understating of Industrial Software and Digital tools. Good communication and presentation skill. Well organized and system oriented. Team Player and collaborative approach Good exposure in MS Office suit. Schedule: Full-time Req: PYW
