Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is persuasive, goal-driven, and passionate about sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach strategies.
  • Book qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Track all activities, prospects, and interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs including calls, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and prospect needs to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and willingness to handle rejections positively.
  • Ability to quickly learn about products/services and explain value propositions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email outreach tools, and MS Office Suite.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Prior experience in (industry, e.g., SaaS, IT solutions, B2B services, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales activity targets.
