Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative. The position is based on-site in Pune. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and conducting outbound sales activities. The individual will also work closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales activities
- Strong ability to qualify prospects and understand client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the technology or product engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
