Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Pune. The Sales Representative will engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, provide property consultations, and conduct property tours. They will also develop and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and handle sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Pune
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
