Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Representative at HUMAN ERGO (HEF). The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include outreach and communication through various channels, conducting product presentations, preparing sales proposals, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the role involves following up on leads, attending industry events, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record and experience in building client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the ergonomic and office furniture industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
