Business Development Representative (Account Executive)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, administer, and implement business development strategies and tactics for the company.
- Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow up with targets through multiple sales, communication, and marketing methods (e.g., cold calling, conference attendance, social media, public relations, drip campaigns, presentations, etc.).
- Initiate and develop relationships with key prospects to understand and meet their business needs.
- Use modern promotional techniques on social media platforms, conferences, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee and implement the full sales cycle, including market research, needs analysis, pitching, closing, renewal, and up-selling.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success and satisfaction.
- Pitch company capabilities and communicate unique selling propositions based on prospect needs and LPC's solutions.
- Create and customize presentations and other sales materials tailored to prospects.
- Respond to contractual agreements and collaborate with the management team to write proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), including preparation of project budgets.
- Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and milestones, and track and report progress regularly.
- Provide specific B2B expertise and relevant experience to contribute to product and service portfolio development and strategic planning.
- Capture prospect and market needs and trends; consult with executive leadership and internal teams to develop appropriate solutions.

- Reports to: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Senior BDM
- Team: Business Development Team.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills.
