Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, build strong client pipelines, and support our global IT services business. The ideal candidate has experience in IT sales/SaaS, understands international markets, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to create new opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the senior sales/technical team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales pipeline reports.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align efforts and improve conversion.
- Ability to articulate complex IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development) in a way business leaders can understand.
- Proven ability in consultative selling, engaging decision-makers, understanding client pain points, and positioning IT services as value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales / business development (IT services/SaaS preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development.
- Experience selling into North American and EU markets.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Strong understanding of IT services (cloud, data, software development, AI preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
