  • Coordinatewith various departments to ensure smooth operationalprocesses.
  • Implementand maintain operational policies andprocedures.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum5 years of experience in Human Resource management andoperations.
  • Provenexperience in managing HR functions such as recruitment employeerelations performance management andcompliance.
  • Strongorganizational and leadershipskills.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engageeffectively at all levels of theorganization.
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield. A Master s degree ispreferred.
  • HRcertification (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRMCP SHRMSCP) is aplus.
  • Proficiency inHRIS and other HR managementsoftware.
  • Ability tobuild and manage a diverse team of experts experiencedprofessionals andmanagers.
  • Proactiveand sound judgment in decisionmaking and selectionprocesses.

Experience:
  • Totalwork: 7 years(Preferred)
  • HumanResource Management: 3 years(Preferred)
  • Minimum of5 years of HR experience
  • Proven track recordof driving HR initiatives and achieving measurable results intalent management employee engagement and organizationaldevelopment.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills with the ability to influenceand collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
  • Proficiencyin HRIS platforms Microsoft Office Suite and other relevantsoftwareapplications.
  • Strategicthinker with excellent problemsolving abilities and acustomercentric approach to HR servicedelivery.
