HR Manager / Executive

•Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
•Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process, including reference checks and offer negotiations.
•Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain positive employee relations across the organization.
•Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
•Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
•Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Desired Candidate profile
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
•Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role with at least 3-5 years
•In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
•Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
