HR Executive
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the HR operations of our organization. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Prepare and manage new employee documentation, contracts, and induction schedules.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues.
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Performance Management:
Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal process, including tracking and reporting performance reviews.
Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
Identify training needs and assist in creating training materials and sessions.
HR Reporting:
Prepare and present regular HR reports on recruitment, employee turnover, performance management, and other key metrics.
Assist in analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
General HR Support:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Support the HR department with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
