JobSummary:
The HR Assistant willassist with various HR tasks including recruitment onboardingemployee
engagement and general administrativeduties. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or entrylevel
HR professional eager to gain handsonexperience in a dynamic and growing firm. The successful
candidate will be organized personable and capable ofhandling confidential information with
integrity.
KeyResponsibilities:
Recruitment andOnboarding:
o Assist in sourcing candidatesscheduling interviews and coordinating the
recruitment process.
o Support theonboarding process by preparing necessary documentationconducting
orientations and facilitating asmooth transition for new hires.
EmployeeRecords and Documentation:
o Maintain accurateemployee records including personal informationattendance
and leave requests.
o Ensure that employee files and HR documentation areuptodate and organized for
easyaccess.
Employee Engagement andSupport:
o Assist in planning and organizingemployee engagement activities and initiatives to
foster a positive work culture.
oAddress employee queries related to HR policies benefits andprocedures and
escalate issues whennecessary.
Payroll and AttendanceSupport:
o Assist with monthly payrollprocessing by collecting and verifying attendance leave
and overtime data.
Ascendhub ConsultingServices
o Track employee attendance and assistin maintaining a reliable attendance
managementsystem.
Administrative and ComplianceTasks:
o Support the HR team with administrativetasks including preparing HR reports
updating HRsystems and managing office communication.
oEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HRpractices.
EligibilityCriteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources Business Administration or a related
field.
Experience: 02 years ofexperience in HR or a related role (internship experience isalso
acceptable).
SkillsRequired:
o Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office(Word Excel PowerPoint).
o Basic knowledge of HRprinciples and employment regulations is a plus.
