*PositionOverview:* We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR and Admin tojoin our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing all human resources and administrative functionsensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positivework environment.
*KeyResponsibilities:* *HR Management:* Oversee recruitment onboarding and training processes. Develop andimplement HR policies and procedures. Manage employeerelations and address any issues or grievances. Conductperformance evaluations and support career development initiatives. Ensure compliancewith labor laws and regulations.
*Administration:* Manage officeadministration and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain andupdate employee records and HR databases. Oversee payrollprocessing and benefits administration. Coordinate withvarious departments to facilitate communication and operationalefficiency. Handleprocurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
*Qualifications:* Bachelor s degreein Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Amaster s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in the foodor manufacturing industry. Strong knowledgeof HR principles labor laws and best practices. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite. Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handleconfidential information with discretion.
