Job Description:At Autobacs India we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and managing administrative operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR expertise strategic thinking and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. This role demands a professional who can effectively manage recruitment employee relations performance management organizational development and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent including experts experienced professionals and managers.
  • Ensure a highstandard selection process with sound judgment and proactive decisionmaking.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as office management procurement and record keeping.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource management and operations.
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRMCP SHRMSCP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software.
  • Ability to build and manage a diverse team of experts experienced professionals and managers.
  • Proactive and sound judgment in decisionmaking and selection processes.

Experience:
  • Total work: 7 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resource Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and achieving measurable results in talent management employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach to HR service delivery.

Salary Scale: 30000..00 per month
