Job Description:At Autobacs India we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and managing administrative operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR expertise strategic thinking and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. This role demands a professional who can effectively manage recruitment employee relations performance management organizational development and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent including experts experienced professionals and managers.
- Ensure a highstandard selection process with sound judgment and proactive decisionmaking.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office management procurement and record keeping.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource management and operations.
- Proven experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
- HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRMCP SHRMSCP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software.
- Ability to build and manage a diverse team of experts experienced professionals and managers.
- Proactive and sound judgment in decisionmaking and selection processes.
Experience:
- Total work: 7 years (Preferred)
- Human Resource Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and achieving measurable results in talent management employee engagement and organizational development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach to HR service delivery.
