*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR and Admin to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
*Key Responsibilities:* *HR Management:* Oversee recruitment onboarding and training processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances. Conduct performance evaluations and support career development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
*Administration:* Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and operational efficiency. Handle procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
*Qualifications:* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A master s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in the food or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HR principles labor laws and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
