Job Role

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and visitors at our real estate office or project site. You will be responsible for ensuring a warm, professional, and luxurious customer experience that reflects the values of our brand. Your role bridges hospitality and real estate, making every client interaction memorable and productive.

Client Experience & Reception:

  • Greet walk-in clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage front office responsibilities including visitor registration, inquiries, and appointment coordination.
  • Ensure the reception area, lounge, and client-facing zones are always clean and presentable.

Sales Support:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits, client meetings, and document collection.
  • Offer refreshments and conduct clients to the sales lounge, sample flats, or meeting rooms.
  • Share project brochures, basic information, and promotional material.

Communication & Follow-ups:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently.
  • Maintain records of all visits and ensure timely follow-up via calls or messages.
  • Share client feedback with the relevant teams for service improvement.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain daily guest logs and reports for management.
  • Assist with hospitality arrangements during events, launch days, and client meetings
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • 13 years of experience in front office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (real estate or luxury brands preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
