Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Provide information about the organization's services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures where applicable.
- Follow up with guests during and after their visit to ensure satisfaction.
- Organize and manage special requests, events, or arrangements for guests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
- Report any guest-related issues to management and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
