Job Purpose:

  • Add Channel partners to buy and sell Solar roof top PV systems.
  • Support Channel partner & their team to close initial orders.
  • Train the Channel partner and his team on Sales closure.
  • Ensure the Channel partner has trained technicians for installation and after sales service.
  • Ensure Customer details are provided by Channel Partner to Operations team to provide after sales support.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Identify CP prospects in the potential markets.
  • Briefing the prospects about company, product ranges and understand the interest.
  • Bring the prospects to HO to show manufacturing facility and Product training.
  • Get the CP agreement signed.
  • Sales support for initial orders.
  • Co-ordinate with HO operation for order Execution and supply.
  • Ensure customer details are provided by CP on completion of installation.


Experience / Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of Channel Sales; Diploma in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
  • Prior experience on Solar Sales through dealer channel.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Experience in managing company standard operating procedures (SOP) with Channel partners.
  • Willing to travel 15 days per month.
  • Strong team player, able to build and motivate Channel Partner.
  • Go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic.
