Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Sales position at The Raj Company in Mumbai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers face to face and on the phone, providing excellent customer service, promoting furniture products and leading the team in responses to the online inquiries.

Communication and Customer Service skillsResponding to online inquiries and managing customer interactions on emailCoordinating logistics for shipping process including assisting with shipping document preparationHandling administrative responsibilities and coordinating with operations teamAssisting in execution of email marketing

Qualifications

Fluent English speakerRetail Sales and Sales experienceKnowledge of Furniture productsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamExcellent negotiation skillsPrior experience in furniture sales is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
