The marketing commercial expert will be responsible for identifying the service providers, finalizing the cost for service requirement based on the scope of work and on boarding the commercially competitive Service providers.


  • Marketing related procurement i.e. Creative Agencies, PR Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, appointing Influencers, Merchandising, Events, venues etc.
  • Production related procurement (Audio/Video), Content / Media Buying, Talent acquiring, etc
  • To analyze the requirement raised by these internal depts and share RFQ with suppliers
  • Negotiate best competitive prices with Suppliers for the material and service requirement
  • On board commercially L1 /T1 supplier by receiving senior management approval
  • Identify material, services and suppliers to finalize Annual Rate Contract as per sourcing policy
  • Raise PO request in SAP and ensure delivery of material as per the commitment given by the suppliers.


Field of execution:

  • To identify, negotiate, finalize and onboard supplier for following categories:-
  • Creatives for digital marketing
  • Research projects
  • Media buying projects
  • Camera, camera equipment and accessories for editorial teams on rental basis
  • Sign off Annual contracts for various services required by Editorial and Marketing department.


Knowledge good to have:

  • SAP user
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Exposure to Media and Entertainment industry and related products & supplier base
