**Opportunity**:
We are looking for a mid-level experienced and customer-oriented professional whose expertise of techno-commercial background can help in new business onboarding & serve existing customer base. The role of Techno-commercial sales manager is to become the trusted technical advisor to key customers, understanding their requirements and providing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strong Management and Technical & Sales skill set.

2. Understanding of new business onboarding & delivery management.

3. Understanding the complex requirements of customer and able to design and give resolution depending on their requirement.

4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue

5. Should be in a position to travel PAN India for meetings and POC/demonstrations of products.

6. Experience in customer management across PAN India is a plus.

7. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

8. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key/corporate/govt. clients to ensure they do not return to the competitors.

9. Internally close coordination with technical team is essential to understand the products & solutions thoroughly and be in position to explain the product features to end-customers.

10. Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. Regular touch with field operations to understand the competitor’s products so that differentiating features from competitors to be used in developing the promotional content.

11. Develop Customer Relations & make marketing strategies and to conduct regular visits PAN India to existing and potential markets & customers.

12. Have an analytical mind with good problem-solving skills, good team player, able to work independently and under time pressure

13. Management experience/achieved advanced skills and knowledge within the specific professional discipline.

14. Owns and manage stakeholder relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.

15. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

**Qualification**:

- Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing or Sales
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (Any Stream)
- Proven experience as Techno-commercial manager of at least 2-3 years
- Basic Understanding of Electronics or Telecommunications Fields
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Basic knowledge of tendering process is a plus

**Preferred exposure / industrial background**:
Strong Project Management Skills, Business Case Development, Business Model Innovation, Marketing Model, New Business onboarding, Technical Advisor, Customer Consulting & Negotiation. Experience in Perimeter Intrusion Detection System solution designing or experience of field installation. Experience in CCTV field or Electric fence field will be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
