  • To coordinate with the technical service team on new product development, application development etc.,
  • Manage assigned customers for fumed silica in Pharmaceuticals, coatings, inks, adhesives, batteries, UPR, paints and other industrial segments.
  • Good in dealer management and should have handled minimum 3 to 4 dealers.
  • Good understanding on technical aspects of products while selling.
  • Owns the customer interface with assigned customer portfolio as well as new customers within the value chain.
  • Achieve/exceed sales objectives of volume, revenue & profit through value added selling.
  • Develop and maintain strategy for key accounts, through deep understanding of customer value chain and their long-term development plan and competence.
  • Understands the fumed silica value chain and communicates timely feedback to the commercial leadership team about competition and market price update, industry segment trends etc.
  • Successfully negotiate, implement and secure current and new business opportunities.
  • Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues and meet/exceed the annual operating plan targets.
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships at various management levels and throughout new and existing customer organizations.
  • Understand and analyze the competitor activity in the region. Keep inform the management on the same.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Chemical Sales Experience
