**Eligibility & Job Responsibility**:

- 1. Excellent to extraordinary Communication Skills, with Pleasant & Confident Personality.

2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

3. Comprehensive Understanding of sales of high end doors and its technicalities.

4. Past Experience in sales working for Doors Company

5. Heading sales team, with charting out road map for Marketing and reaching our client base.

6. Road Map for expansion and Acquisition of Cliental base.

7. Charting our Road Map for P.R

8. Servicing existing clients.

9. Charting out processes and policies related to sales to accomplish Sales Target.

10. Reviewing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target and target accomplishment by sales team

11. To be face of our organization in events and fairs

**Salary**:

- 300,000 to 600,000/- P.A.
- Regards_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,303.83 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
