As an IT Sales Executive at TBot Techno Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving our IT infrastructure services and solutions to potential clients. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to jump-start their career in IT sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, building relationships, and effectively conveying the value of our services to clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Understand client needs and pain points to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our IT infrastructure services and solutions. Deliver compelling presentations to clients, both in-person and virtually, showcasing how our offerings can address their specific challenges
- Collaborate with the technical and solution teams to create customized proposals that address client needs.
- Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Strategically overcome objections and secure deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Passion for technology and the IT industry.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure services and solutions is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A face-to-face Interview in Mandatory, The final interview would not be taken over zoom or google meet.
