1. Upload and Download files from internet

2. Internet research and utilizing other technology/software, as required

3. Communicating with Vendors for quotes, technical qualifications, and other information which would be be relevant to designing of overall technical & commercial solutions.

4. Updating vendor/subcontractor information on company database

5. Assist in pre qualification of vendor/subcontractors

6. Requires thorough knowledge and understanding of process flow to ensure information released to estimators and project management is complete, accurate and well organized

7. General assistance to solution designing, accounting, estimating and field staff, as required

8. Answer calls and calendar deadlines

9. Document control:
10. Gather submittal from subcontractors/vendors and prepare close out documents for each project

11. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

12. Assist project manager in drafting proposals, Request for information, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules with analysis

13. Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and developing this attitude in others.

14. Ability to learn new technologies to design systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
