Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for Commercial activities for assigned markets.


Key Accountabilities

Business Development

  • Evaluate companies in an assigned territory (New product launch, Tenders)
  • Evaluation of new partners for business development
  • Competitive intelligence & pattern analysis
  • Identify and evaluate potential products In-house or with in-licencing team to build healthy pipeline.
  • Ensure on time submission of tender documents, Quotations, tracking the results.
  • Negotiations of S&D, PV, Quality, agency agreements
  • Tracking of secondary sales for Key B2B Partners.

Portfolio Development

  • Prepare business cases for product approval.
  • Right product selection as per market needs and IQVIA analysis.
  • Co-ordination with Regulatory team and customer for timely filling of dossier with Regulatory Authorities.
  • Discussion with BD teams for product leverage in various markets.
  • Next 2 years view of product filing and monthly reviews on portfolio and Filings.

Cross functional co-ordination to facilitate smooth operation

Regulatory & Portfolio:

  • Product evaluation
  • Dossier / Variation filing
  • Product serviceability

Business Finance

  • Costing
  • Business case approvals
  • Budgets
  • Agreements

Legal, Quality and PV

  • Preparation of S&D, Quality and PV agreement,
  • Timely closure of agreement.
  • Legal document for tender


Skills & Knowledge

Educational qualifications:

MBA with experience in B2B international business development.


Relevant experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a commercial manager.
  • Must have strong communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
