Your expertise in the projects will play a key role in driving engagement, converting leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:Have an in-depth knowledge of all current, upcoming, and past projects to provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients.Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, introduce available properties, and answer questions regarding the specifics of the projects.Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients.Provide clients with all necessary project details, including floor plans, pricing, amenities, and timelines.Follow up with clients after meetings and site visits to answer additional questions, provide more information, and guide them through the decision-making process.Maintain an updated database of all client interactions, appointments, and project details in the CRM system.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and effective communication regarding projects and client needs.Support the sales team by identifying qualified leads and facilitating the initial steps in the sales process.Ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, providing the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications:Proven experience in a presales, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in gurgaon real estate.Strong knowledge of real estate projects, property offerings, and market trends.Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with prospective clients.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently.Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and real estate databases.Ability to understand client requirements and align them with appropriate project offerings.
