Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Specialist to join our team at RoundCircle. As a Presales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by providing expert guidance on our products and solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience in solutioning CRM systems. You will be responsible for conducting discovery calls, collaborating with the Sales team to develop tailored proposals, and addressing client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, identify pain points, and establish requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop tailored proposals, solutions, and tool recommendations, with a deep understanding of client problem statements.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, providing swift and effective solutions.
  • Facilitate partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by ensuring the team completes necessary training and certifications.
  • Maintain data accuracy and discipline for all sales support and partnership-related tasks.
  • Provide targeted training sessions to the Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams, enhancing their product and solution knowledge.
  • Build in-depth expertise of category-specific tools available in Wyzard's Marketplace.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and advise Category Managers on valuable tools to consider for Wyzard's Marketplace.
