They provide custom synthesis and contract manufacturing solutions to global biopharma clients. With robust R&D, regulatory-compliant facilities, and scalable operations, they deliver value across the drug development lifecycle-from clinical development to commercial manufacturing. Job Description The key responsibilities include: Lead and manage end-to-end business development for the North American API market. Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and existing account management. Develop strategic plans based on market intelligence and competitor benchmarking. Partner with internal stakeholders across R&D, operations, and regulatory to ensure seamless execution. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrated experience in handling API business in North America, preferably in a reputed CDMO or pharma company. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of regulatory and quality standards applicable in the US. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel-based reporting. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
