restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, catering businesses, FMCG brands, and retailers
who need bulk packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads within hospitality, food & beverage, catering, and FMCG sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and large retail accounts.
  • Pitch eco-friendly packaging solutions and negotiate deals with bulk buyers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, customer database, and payment follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in raw materials, packaging, printing, FMCG, or similar industry).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Local market knowledge of Vadodara/Gujarat will be an added advantage.
