Job Description

Our Client is a pioneer in the plastics processing industry. Optimized extrusion lines and compounding systems developed and manufactured by them are used by plastic processing units.


Looking to recruit 'Senior Sales Manager' for Domestic Sales. The position will be based out of either Pune or Thane.


 


Requirements Qualification- BE/B Tech Polymer/ CIPET/Diploma in Polymer
Experience- 10 Years plus
Job Location- Position based at Pune/ Thane

General Skills Requirement :

-          Existing relationship in the market.

-          Experience in selling Capital Machinery preferred.

-          Meeting planned sales goals.

-          Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

-          Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

-          Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

-          Promoting the organization and products & basic marketing skills.

-          Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

-          Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

-          Experience in customer relationship management.

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
