Position : Cloud Sales Specialist/ Sales Head
Experience: 8-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for cloud services in India.
Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
2. Market Analysis and Positioning:
Stay informed about cloud technology trends and competitive offerings.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
Position the company's cloud solutions effectively against competitors.
3. Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand customer needs and align cloud solutions to address business challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
4. Collaboration with Technical Teams:
Work closely with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities.
Collaborate on solution design and customization to meet customer requirements.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Utilize CRM tools for efficient tracking and management of sales activities.
6. Training and Enablement:
Train and enable the sales team on cloud product features and benefits.
Keep the sales team updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
7. Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in Cloud and ERP sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of ERP and Cloud computing technologies and services.
Strong understanding of the Middle East and Indian business environment and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
