    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to alignstrategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

  • InternationalOpportunities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in business developmentsales or a related role preferably in SaaS or recruitment/HRtechnology.

  • Proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategicthinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and salestools.

  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a remote workenvironment.

  • A proactiveresultsoriented mindset with strong problemsolvingskills.

PreferredSkills:

  • Experience in the SaaS industry or recruitment/HRtechnology.

  • Familiaritywith international markets and global businessdevelopment.

  • Multilingualcapabilities are a plus.
