KeyResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies policies andprograms in alignment with the companys objectives andculture.
Manage allaspects of the HR function including talent acquisition onboardingperformance management employee relations compensation and benefitstraining and development and HRoperations.
Partner withsenior leadership to identify HR needs priorities and solutionsthat support business objectives and foster a positive workenvironment.
Provide guidanceand support to managers and employees on HRrelated mattersincluding performance issues disciplinary actions and employeedevelopment.
Lead recruitmentefforts to attract and retain top talent including sourcingcandidates conducting interviews and managing the hiringprocess.
Oversee theimplementation of performance management processes including goalsetting performance reviews and employee developmentplans.
Recruitmenthandling exposure of Jewellery industry will be aplus.Ensure compliance with allrelevant employment laws and regulations and maintain uptodateknowledge of HR bestpractices.
Drive employeeengagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale productivityand retention.
Manage employeerelations issues effectively including investigations conflictresolution andmediation.
Lead and developthe HR team providing coaching mentoring and professionaldevelopmentopportunities.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field; Masters degreepreferred.
8 yearsof progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a seniorleadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practicesemployment laws andregulations.
Proven track record of leading HR initiatives andprograms that drive businessresults
Astrong hold on recruitments in the JewelleryIndustry
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadershipskills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translatebusiness goals into HR strategies andactions.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationshipswith stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop ahighperforming HR team.
