Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:Identify and prioritize target clients within the EMEA Market, including MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and direct clients.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that align with client requirements.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.Negotiate contract terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Experience:Must have 3+ years of experience working in Business Development.Proven track record of success in business development within the staffing industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Strong understanding of different staffing models such as direct hire, temporary staffing, contract-to-hire, and MSP/VMS.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
