With us, there’s always an opportunity to Learn, Evolve, and Excel hand-in-hand.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (B2B) to join our team. As a crucial member of our B2B Partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential clients in the B2B sector through various channels such as cold calling email campaigns, social media and networking events. Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.Strategic Sales Planning:

Build a pipeline of qualified sales prospects and collaborate with client relation managers to set introductory meetings. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Sales and Market Insight:

Gain an in-depth understanding of the tech hiring landscape through Edtech companies and position Smart Interviews as the hiring partner of choiceFeedback Loop:

Leverage market and consumer insights to refine our sales strategy and offerings.

Who Are We Looking For?Professionals with 1-2 Years of experience in the Edtech industry as part of a placement business unit or individuals with Sales internship experience looking to build a career in B2B sales.Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.Strong customer intuition and solution-oriented mindset.Tech-savvy individuals or those eager to immerse themselves in the tech world.Innate drive to learn, grow, and excel in a dynamic and collaborative sales environment.If you believe you have the skills, drive, and passion to excel in this role, we invite you to apply and join our team
