PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for end-to-end bid pursuit management for the ATL/BTL/Omnichannel advertising production sales process (both New BiZ and Accounts) – right from PQQ/ITT/RFI until RFP/Closure stages helping the organization to achieve its Growth objectives.
Project manage medium to large-scale RFPs adhering to strict deadlines.
Stakeholder management across regions - This includes working with onshore and offshore Growth/Account and Operations teams and briefing and coordinating with regional functional teams to deliver proposals according to bid plan.
Written response build (copywriting is key and must) and presentation slides/story build and articulation as per the RFP/Pitch ask.
Participate in Solutioning and commercial discussions and ensuring the proposal adheres to the same.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bid Management
Analyze the PQQ/RFI/RFP/Other bid request document and identify key proposal submission requirements.
Build bid plan and timelines – Compliance matrix.
Work with the New Business lead (Growth and Account Managers) to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure differentiators, discriminators and price points are clear and compelling.
Bid team identification and clear articulation of bid response expectations.
Involvement in Solutioning and Commercial discussion and contribute where possible.
Project manage the entire bid route to ensure regular check-ins with the bid team and the deliverables are captured and executed efficiently.
Manage & coordinate pitch presentations teams and inputs from a variety of global stakeholders.
Ensure timelines are achieved at every step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.
Collaborate with design team to ensure the proposal response is showcased in the right style through impactful presentation design.
Content management
Knowledge in technical and functional specifications related to advertising / content production / retail activation, etc.
Preparing and reviewing the various aspects of the pitch responses, ensuring all key asks are included
Knowledge management – regularly refresh data repository with updated case studies and company information/FAQs
Continuous improvement through best practices learnt and executed during a bid.
Attend internal meetings as a representative as and when required.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Prior experience in handling Bid management process for Creative Production and Retail Activation functions and working with Global teams.
Must be comfortable working with Senior Management – including Managing Directors, CXOs.
Ability to manage complex, multiple opportunities.
Highly organized, meticulous, client focused and proactive.
Excellent networker & strong team player.
Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Min 5 years overall work experience
2-3 Years’ in proposal management in B2B Sales
Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in Creative Production and Retail Activation industry

• Chennai & Bangalore
SHIFTS
• 11am to 8pm
TIMINGS
• We work on 9-hour shifts that change depending on the regions you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager
