Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales of mechanical products, linear motion products, or industrial sales. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the mechanical and linear motion product sectors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrator, traders, and end users. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and improve market positioning.
Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel within the region and occasionally to other locations as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to clients.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Must Have Qualification:
Experience: Proven experience in sales of mechanical products, linear motion products, or related industrial sales. Experience with system integrator, traders, and end users is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel as required for the role.
Experience required 2-3 Years we can go 4 years Experience also.
Candidate Should have experience in Sales of Mechanical Products / Linear Motion Product / Industrial Sales / System Integrate, Traders & End user market Segment. Ready to Travel.
Prefer Candidate : Who is from Delhi (Known Language Hindi, English, Gujarati (Optional) )
