Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with our diverse talent roster, encompassing actors, singers, and influencers. You will drive brand engagement, secure lucrative partnerships, and implement strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the careers of our talents across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned talents, providing comprehensive support and guidance on brand partnerships, career development, and overall strategy.
Brand Partnerships: Identify and secure high-value brand collaborations and endorsement opportunities that align with the talents' image and career goals.
Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, PR, events) to maximize talent visibility and engagement.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with brands and partners, ensuring favorable terms and protecting the interests of both the talent and the agency.
Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment and marketing industries, including casting directors, producers, brand representatives, and media professionals.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute live events, including concerts, premieres, and promotional appearances for our talents.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand partnerships, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing talent relationships and securing successful brand collaborations across multiple industries (entertainment, music, influencer marketing).
Deep understanding of the entertainment and marketing landscapes, with a pulse on current trends and emerging platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Skills:
Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Proven ability to motivate and inspire talent and teams.
