Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Manger. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing within the Retail sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Reach out to influencers to initiate collaborations, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate content creation.
  • Manage influencer relationships, including communication, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Provide support to the marketing team on additional projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Create content as and when needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
