They form an integral part of a company's marketing strategy, as their work typically involves creating and managing partnerships with influencers that align with the company's brand and target audience.
What do they do?
Influencer Marketing Specialists develop and execute integrated influencer campaigns. Mostly, they build relationships with influencers to manage ongoing partnerships.
They also monitor, analyse, and optimize influencer campaigns and track and report on critical metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a media contact list, brainstorming ideas for engaging content, engaging with influencers and media outlets, and staying updated with the latest influencer and digital marketing trends.
Job Description
Be the driving force behind our brand's influencer marketing strategy
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement influencer campaigns, manage influencer relationships, and drive brand recognition and engagement through strategic influencer marketing.
Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers to align with our brand values and target audience.
Develop and execute integrated influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and target metrics.
Will be meeting Architect directly.
Collaborate with influencers to create compelling, authentic content that resonates with their audiences and showcases our brand.
Manage ongoing influencer partnerships, including negotiation, contracts, and relationship management.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
Build and maintain a media contact list, fostering relationships with relevant media outlets and securing interviews and editorial features.
Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and best practices, leveraging emerging platforms and strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, providing insights and expertise on influencer marketing opportunities.

Accurately track, analyze, report, and present critical metrics to measure the success and impact of influencer campaigns.

Essential skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing or influencer marketing.
Experience with crucial influencer marketing platforms and tools.
Ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal stakeholders.
Good understanding of social media platforms and their impact on influencer marketing.
