Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - Influencer Marketing


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction for influencer selection, content creation, and campaign optimization.


Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, negotiating contracts and partnerships.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.


Content Strategy and Development:

  • Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with influencers.
  • Drive innovation in content formats and storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement.


Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Continuously refine influencer selection criteria and content strategies based on data-driven insights.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and product development to align influencer initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to integrate influencer marketing into overall brand campaigns and initiatives.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the influencer marketing team.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Track expenses and campaign costs, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.


Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on influencer marketing initiatives and performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, articulating the value of influencer marketing efforts.
