Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - Influencer Marketing
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Provide strategic direction for influencer selection, content creation, and campaign optimization.
Influencer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, negotiating contracts and partnerships.
Oversee the onboarding process for new influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
Content Strategy and Development:
Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with influencers.
Drive innovation in content formats and storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Continuously refine influencer selection criteria and content strategies based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and product development to align influencer initiatives with broader business objectives.
Lead cross-functional projects to integrate influencer marketing into overall brand campaigns and initiatives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the influencer marketing team.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Track expenses and campaign costs, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on influencer marketing initiatives and performance.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, articulating the value of influencer marketing efforts.
